Are you insured?

We are a fully bonded cleaning service. We carry insurance for our employees and for the work that we do in your home. We also guarantee customer satisfaction. Was something not cleaned the way that you expected? Let us know, and we will do our best to put things right.  

What about pets?

Pets are a part of the family, and so we clean up after them as well! During service we recommend that you do keep your pet somewhere they will be comfortable — not all of our furry friends like the sound of vacuums or unfamiliar people in their space. Let us know how you'd like to handle your pet ahead of time to keep them safe and happy.

Is COVID-19 Disinfectant safe for pets?

Yes, however, we ask that neither you nor your pet is home while we spray. We also request that you do not reenter your home for a minimum of one hour until after we spray. This allows for the spray to dry.

Do you have a 24-hour guarantee?

Yes! We have a 24-hour guarantee. 

If you find that your cleaning is not to your satisfaction,

call us within 24-hours so we may resolve your concern.

What is your cancellation policy?

We understand our clients have a busy schedule! Please call us immediately to cancel or change your appointment. 

If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, we request that you do so before 5:00 PM the day before your scheduled cleaning. If you change or cancel after 5:00 PM the day before your scheduled cleaning, you'll incur a $45 cancelation fee.

How do I cancel my Spot On Club membership?

You can cancel your cleaning service at any time.

Contact our office at  562-676-2117 and we will assist you.


If you cancel your membership, 

we will honor any unused appointments for up to 3 months.

 

There will be no refunds for unused appointments.

Are there any cancellation fees?

 If you change or cancel after 5:00 PM the day before your scheduled cleaning, you'll incur a $45 cancelation fee.
